These pictures are shot entirely in the wild. I have been following one particular sett of badgers at a secret location in Wiltshire since 2013: they are NOT currently at risk from the cull. Sadly, despite being protected under the Wildlife and Countryside Act, they ARE at risk from people and the sett has been raided by badger-baiters on more than one occasion.
